Baseball Regina will reimburse Baseball Regina Umpires for attending mandatory Umpire Clinics.

Level 1 is a 2 year program...Module 1.1 Offense is this year, Module 1.2 Defense is next year.
You must take these 2 modules before you are eligible for Level 2
Level 2 is a 3 year program
The higher level an Umpire has, the higher age groups and pay the umpire will earn.
